Inktober/Spooktober/Dralloween 2021 Prompt List



Hey, bros? Do you hear that?! Do you smell that?...


Inktober is coming! And there’s one month left before the new art challenge starts on October 1st.


This year, I decided to do something different: Instead of doing one art challenge, I will do, not two, but three challenges at the same time. So this year, I will do Inktober, Spooktober, and Drawlloween.


Like killing three birds with one stone!


I’ve been searching on the internet about Spooktober and Drawlloween prompt lists, and what I (could) find is that both art challenges are almost the same. I may be wrong about this, and this is because I couldn’t find any official website or blog page of these two art challenges, only prompt lists from other artists who made them.


So, I was thinking “Hey, why don’t we put these two art challenges [Spooktober and Drawlloween] together, choose any of the words/themes from each art challenges’ prompt list and then put them in the Inktober’s?”


And after that, voila, my own prompt-list!

Also, I decided to make this art challenge(s) different this year: I’ve been watching a lot of Subjectively’s YouTube channel, about his latest MerMay art challenge of this year, and I was very inspired by those videos. So I decided to make this Inktober a series of story arts, where every inking art has a backstory in it. I’m making a character who is part of this story and tells the events that are happening in their world.


Not going to show it here, yet. So, keep an eye on my blog for a sketch or two of my character.


And that’s it! This is my prompt list of Inktober/Spooktober/Drawlloween art challenge. You can take this list and use it if you like, or make your own prompt list. There are no rules to follow the official prompt list on Inktober. The only two things that are rules are: Make one art every day and have fun
